We’ll explore individual contemplations, couple exercises, group dynamics, Anahata (heart chakra) activating asanas, heart-based meditations, Body NVC (Non-Violent Communication) & movement, role-plays, practices to cultivate vulnerability and radical honesty as well as Self-Enquiry.
